What data we process
- Contact details you give us through forms, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp: name, e-mail, phone, message, language and the property you are interested in.
- Property data when you ask us to value or sell your home: address, features, documents.
- Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (see the Cookie policy).
Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your enquiries and arranging viewings – pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Real-estate brokerage and contract management – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Compliance with legal obligations (tax, anti-money-laundering) – Art. 6(1)(c).
- Sending you news and properties by e-mail – only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
- Improving our website through anonymous statistics – consent given via the cookie banner.
How long we keep data
Enquiries without a contract: up to 24 months after the last contact. Contractual relationships: for the duration of the contract and the statutory retention periods (up to 6 years under commercial law, 10 years under anti-money-laundering law). Marketing communications: until you withdraw consent.
Who receives your data
Only service providers bound by contract as processors: Mediaelx (website hosting and CRM, Spain), our e-mail provider, Meta Platforms Ireland (WhatsApp) when you contact us on that channel, Google (statistics, if you accept cookies) and, where applicable, providers of automated assistants that help answer enquiries. In addition, developers, owners, notaries, lawyers and authorities where necessary for the property transaction you request. Some providers may be located outside the EEA; in that case the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses apply. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected] or the postal address above and proving your identity. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Security and minors
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS encryption, restricted access, backups). Our services are not aimed at children under 14.
