Pink Lake Homes is an owner-run estate agency in Orihuela Costa, minutes from the salt lakes of Torrevieja and the pink Laguna Rosa – which gave us our name.
We have lived on the Costa Blanca for over 25 years. We know which urbanisation stays quiet even in August, which of the ten Blue Flag beaches is empty in the morning and on which of the eight golf courses the wind turns in the afternoon. In 2026 we decided to turn that experience into a profession: to sell property the way we would want it done for ourselves – honestly, personally and without pressure.
We handle sales, purchases and rentals – focused on the Costa Blanca South (Orihuela Costa, Torrevieja, Guardamar, Pilar de la Horadada) and also on the Costa Blanca North, the Costa Cálida, the Costa de Almería and the Balearic Islands.
